Privacy Policy

What we collect

Browsing this site collects nothing from you. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no newsletter and no contact form, so there is nothing here for you to fill in.

That changes if you buy access to our indicators or the Strategy Lab. To confirm your payment and give you access, we need and keep: the wallet address you paid from, your TradingView username, your Discord handle, and a record of the payment and what it was for. We ask for these on Discord, so we only ever have what you choose to send us there.

Why we need it, and how long we keep it

We use those details for one thing: matching your payment to you, granting access to the right TradingView account, and knowing when your subscription ends. Under GDPR the lawful basis is performing the contract you entered into by buying.

We keep them while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can handle questions and keep basic business records. We do not use any of it for marketing and we never sell it.

TradingView and Discord

Granting access means telling TradingView which username to enable, so your TradingView username is shared with them. Everything else happens inside Discord, which means Discord holds those messages under their own privacy policy, not ours. We do not control either service.

Payments are public

Cryptocurrency payments are recorded on a public blockchain. That record is permanent and visible to anyone, it exists whether or not you deal with us, and neither we nor you can delete it. Be aware that a wallet address can often be linked to other activity by anyone who looks.

Server logs

Like every web server, ours records each request: the page asked for, the time, your IP address, and which browser made the request. This is used to keep the site running and to spot abuse. It is not linked to any identity, is not used to build a profile of you, and is not shared with anyone.

Analytics

We do not run any analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no third-party script watching what you do here. If that ever changes, this page will be updated before it does.

Cookies

We set no cookies at all.

The site does remember a few of your own choices using your browser's local storage, which stays on your device and is never sent to us: whether you prefer light or dark mode, which sections you have collapsed, and the order you have arranged them in. These exist purely so the page looks the way you left it. Clearing your browser data removes them, and the site works normally without them.

Accounts

There is no login on this site today. If we add one, this page will be updated first to say what an account stores and how it is protected. We will not quietly start collecting more than is described here.

Data we show you

Pool figures are fetched from the exchange's public API by our server and passed on to your browser. That data is public information about the pool itself and contains nothing about you. Depositor addresses shown on the pool page are public blockchain records, not information we collected.

Third parties

Some parts of the page load from other companies' servers, which means those companies can see your IP address when they serve the file: fonts from Google Fonts, and two JavaScript libraries from cdnjs. We use them for speed and reliability, not for tracking, and neither is given any information about you beyond what any server sees when it is asked for a file.

Links to other sites

We link out to Lighter, Discord, Astrabit and Bluesky. Once you follow one of those links you are on their site, under their privacy policy, not ours. Some of our outbound links are referral links, which means the destination may know you arrived from us. That tells them nothing about you that they would not otherwise have.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, EU or another region with data protection laws, you have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to get a copy of it, and to object to how it is used. If you have never bought anything from us, we hold nothing that identifies you beyond short-lived server logs. If you have, ask us on Discord and we will tell you exactly what we hold and remove what we are not required to keep. Deleting it will end any active access, since it is the only way we know who you are.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
